We made the cellar of an old warehouse into a photographer's studio, bringing light in by removing large areas of structure and building a lightweight steel bridge and stairs down from the upstairs apartment. We put steel supports for a garage on the ground floor into the existing timber structure and made the front into a steel and glass block wall with steel-faced doors.
"The project proved to be not only an extremely pleasant experience, but also the final result completely fulfilled my hopes and expectations. Repeatedly the partners proved able to produce solutions sensitive to my needs and enforced constraints. The entire process inspired great confidence." Geoffrey Frosh
