CHINBROOK MEADOWS, GROVE PARK, LONDON SE12

This self build scheme of 14 houses for rent completed on time and within budget - a first for the client and rare in self build. With our support the project team chose a modern method of construction, Masonite timber frame walls, which cost more to buy but saved months in time and so saved money overall. We trained the self builders to use our spreadsheet programme to control costs and cut down waste on materials. This allowed us to use time and money effectively in supporting them on site.
